Pavlova roll

 

Foam board

 

Ingredients:
• 8 egg whites (  ̴320 g)
• 250 g of sugar
• 2 spoons of lemon juice
• 35 g corn starch
• Almond flakes

 

Preparation:
Beat the egg whites with the sugar and lemon juice into stiff peaks. Then mix in the cornstarch with a spatula. Spread evenly on a baking paper and press with almonds. Bake with hot air stirring at 150ᵒC for 30 minutes.

 

Cream

 

 Ingredients:
• 250 ml of whipped cream
• 250 g of mascarpone
• 2-3 spoons of powdered sugar
• Vanilla aroma
• Cherry/raspberry/blackberry

 

Preparation:
Mix the mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla flavoring well, then add the whipped cream and continue mixing until it becomes a stiff foam.
Let the sheet cool down, then turn it over and spread the cream on it. Place the fruit on it. Roll up the cake with the baking paper.
