Homemade cream cake
INGREDIENTS:
• 4 packages of puff pastry with 4
tablespoons of sugar
• 15 egg yolks
• 190 g powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
• 65 g corn starch
• 460 ml of milk
• 470 g of condensed milk
• Grated peel of 1 lemon
• 120 g of butter
• fresh fruit for decoration
Preparation:
Bake the sheets separately between two
baking sheets at 200ᵒC for 12-15 minutes. Before putting it in the oven,
sprinkle it with 1 spoonful of sugar.
Mix all the other ingredients, except the
butter, and then cook on a slow fire. When it's taken off the heat, stir in the
butter and let it cool.
Compilation:
Divide the cream into 3 equal parts and
spread between the sheets. Decorate the top with fresh fruit.
